How to get to Ikaria

By plane from Athens or Thessaloniki.
By boat from Athens, or from nearby islands like Mykonos or Samos.

Note: Ikaria has two harbours, Evdilos and Agios Kirikos. Evdilos is the one nearest to Miriam’s Place.

Public transportation on the island is poor and there is none to Ano Proespera. It is recommended to rent a car or motorbike, as there is a lot to discover on the island.

the main town of a group of beautiful mountain villages, coffee shops, restaurants, shops, bars, nightlife

35 minutes to Evdilos: 
harbour, shops, coffee shops, restaurants

75 minutes to Agios Kirikos: 
capital of Ikaria, harbour

90 minutes to the Airport
