Me (Miriam) and my partner Niko used to live and work in the big city of Athens, but decided to change our life and to follow our heart and our dream.
When we first met in 2013 we spontaneously decided to spend our first holiday together in Ikaria. We both fell in love with the island. After a few years, in 2017, we decided to move to Ikaria. We were given the opportunity to stay in this place and that’s how our Ikarian journey started!
When we first moved to this property it had been abandoned for 17 years. This meant lots of hard work to renovate the houses and to clear up the land. Everything that was growing there without the help of humans meant pure nature! Inspired by this we want to preserve it. Everything we grow is organic. We don’t use chemicals, fertilizers or other substances to control nature.
