A historical authentic Ikarian stone house from the pirate age, estimated around 400 years old, carefully renovated while preserving its original character. The house sleeps up to 5 persons and has two rooms separated by a corridor and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed (200cm x 140cm) and a sofa bed (190cm x 80cm), a closet and plenty more storage space including a small attic. In the other room there is a seating area with two comfortable sofa beds (180cm x 85cm), and a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The bathroom contains a washbasin, a shower, and a toilet.

The thick stone walls provide perfect insulation, keeping it cool and comfortable during the summer, so no air conditioning is needed. During winter the heaters and the fireplace make it warm and cozy.

The house is surrounded by natural stone paved terraces, a traditional winepress, a vineyard, ancient olive trees, and a large oak tree that provides plenty of shade. Its location within the property ensures

The bioclimatic cellar is used for the storage of olive oil, wine, root crops and vegetables from the garden, and a collection of authentic Ikarian seeds that were collected from locals who preserved them over many generations. If you’re in the mood for some gardening, this is also where the gardening tools and equipment are kept!

Fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, grill, gas cooker, dough kneading machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils. Let’s collect some fresh organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, eggs and let’s cook!
